SMS Messaging Terms & Opt-In

Program description
San Pedro Ocean Sports / West Harbor Rentals sends transactional SMS messages to customers who opt in at the time of booking. Messages include:
- Booking confirmation with your rental reference number and start time.
- Late-return fee notifications if equipment is returned after the grace period.
- Standby-queue status updates (position updates and "equipment ready" alerts) when the waitlist feature is active.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive at least one message per booking (confirmation). Additional messages are sent only in response to operational events (late returns, queue changes).

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
