Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24+ hours before your rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full amount.
Late Return Fees
Equipment returned late will be charged at the standard hourly rate, pro-rated per 15-minute increment. Significant overdue returns may result in additional fees.
Damage & Liability
You are responsible for any damage to equipment during your rental period beyond normal wear. A damage deposit may be held on your card until equipment is inspected upon return.
